#100 JESUS

"And the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God.  And behold, you will conceive in your womb, and bear a Son, and you shall name Him JESUS." Luke 1:30-31

"And she will bear a Son; and you shall call His name JESUS, for it is He who will save His people from their sins."  "And Joseph arose from his sleep, and did as the angel of the Lord commanded him, and took her as his wife, and kept her a virgin until she gave birth to a Son; and he called His name JESUS."  Matthew 1:21, 24-25

"And when eight days were completed before His circumcision His name was then called JESUS, the name given by the angel before He was conceived in the womb."  Luke 2:21

"And the Spirit and the bride say "Come."  And let the one who hears say "Come."  And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take the water of life without cost.  "  He who testifies to these things says "Yes, I am coming quickly."  Amen.  COME, LORD JESUS." Revelation 22:17, 20

DEFINITION OF JESUS

ca 6 b.c. –ca a.d. 30 Jesus of Nazareth; the Son of Mary  

You are JESUS!  The name given by the angel to Mary and Joseph!  You came the first time to a virgin, born in a humble stable.  You, who had no sin, became human and lived among us!  You were born to DIE for me.   You came to pay my debt!   You will come again to make all things new and to dwell with me!!  Your NAME is the NAME ABOVE ALL NAMES!  One day every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that You are LORD!  (Phil. 2:10-11)  Jesus, You are the SAVIOR OF THE WORLD!!   Thank You for being born to us on Christmas Day - and for the promise of coming again!   Come quickly, LORD JESUS!   I worship You today, JESUS, on Your Birthday!!!
