#90 LIVING ONE

"And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as a dead man.  And He laid His right hand upon me, saying "Do not be afraid; I am the first and the last, and the LIVING ONE; and I was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore," Revelation 1:17-18

DEFINITION OF LIVING

  :  having life  :  active, functioning

Jesus, You are the LIVING ONE!  You were born in a manger to give Your life in exchange for mine.  You died, but now You are ALIVE FOREVERMORE!  One day You will return again to make all things new!  It says when John saw You, he fell at Your feet as a dead man.  Over and over, I read how people fall at Your feet when they encounter You!  Your presence demands a response of worship!  Oh Jesus, may I encounter You as I celebrate Your birth!  Jesus, You are LIVING and active and part of my life! Increase my affection and love for You!   May I see You for who You are - and worship You!!
