#27 STEADFAST

"To You, O Lord, belongs STEADFAST love."  Psalm 62:12

"But I will sing of your Strength; I will sing aloud of your STEADFAST love in the morning, for You have been to me a fortress and a refuge in the day of my distress. Oh my Strength, I will sing praises to You, for You, O God, are my fortress, the God who shows me STEADFAST love." Psalm 59:16-17

"Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?  Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?  But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us.  For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the LOVE of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."  Romans 8:35, 37-39

 DEFINITION of STEADFAST

: very devoted or loyal to a person, belief, or cause : not changing

Jesus, You are STEADFAST.  Your love is as STEADFAST as the sun as it rises and the waves as they crash on the seashore.  It is constant and never changing.  And truthfully - Your love is even more STEADFAST than the sun or the waves - because they may fail - but Your STEADFAST love will never fail!!!  It will last throughout all eternity!!!  Nothing in this world can ever separate me from Your STEADFAST love!!  You gave Your life for mine because of Your STEADFAST LOVE!!  You alone are worthy of my worship!!!
