#55  RULER

"But as for you, Bethlehem Ephrathat, too little to be among the clans of Judah, from you One will go forth for Me to be RULER in Israel, His going forth are from long ago, from the days of eternity."  Micah 5:2

"And they said to him, "In Bethlehem of Judea, for so it has been written by the prophet, "And You, Bethlehem, Land of Judah, are by no means least among the leaders of Judah; for out of you shall come forth a RULER, who will shepherd My people Israel."  Matthew 2:6

"And let the peace of Christ RULE in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body; and be thankful."  Colossians 3:15

DEFINITION OF RULER

 :  a prescribed guide for conduct or action :a person who rules a country, area, group, etc: on that rules : sovereign

Jesus, You are the RULER that Micah was pointing to!  You would not be One who would RULE with earthly force but One who would RULE in my heart.  You are the One who was born in Bethlehem - who would "shepherd" (to guide or guard) Your people.  Jesus, You are the One the prophets pointed to who would be the Savior of the World!  I worship You Jesus!! 

Worship and praise Jesus - our RULER!
