"And the Lord God said to the serpent, "Because you have done this, cursed are you above all livestock, and above all beasts of the field; On your belly shall you go and dust you shall eat all the days of your life; And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and HER OFFSPRING; HE shall bruise you on the head, and you shall bruise his heel." Genesis 3:15

 :  the product of the reproductive processes of an animal or plant :  young, progeny  : child    product; family, kin; lineage

From Genesis to Revelation, the Bible points to You, JESUS!   In Genesis, You are the OFFSPRING OF THE WOMAN -  the King, of the line of David, who would one day come to rescue us!  After the fall of man in the garden, God promised that He would provide One who would bruise the serpent on the head, as we read about in Revelation 20:2!  Thank You, Jesus, for being born to this world, as an OFFSPRING, in order to rescue us from our sins! You would be bruised as You died on the cross - but You would overcome by conquering death!  We look ahead with anticipation to the day You were born on this earth!   We worship and adore You Jesus!!
