#12 REFUGE

"God is our REFUGE and strength, a very present help in trouble."  Psalms 46:1

"Come to Me, all who are weary and heaven-laden, and I will give you rest.  Take My yoke upon you, and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you shall find rest for your souls.  For My yoke is easy, and My load is light." Matthew 11:28

Definition of REFUGE:

:  shelter or protection from danger or distress :  a place that provides shelter or protection

Jesus, You are my REFUGE!  You are my shelter from danger and distress!  You are present to help in trouble.   You promise rest when I am weary and carrying heavy burdens.  You will give me rest and strength.  Just like a safe place in the middle of a storm - You are my REFUGE.  I can run to You and experience Your peace.  You only ask me to COME.  You ask me to place the heavy things that I am carrying on You - You don't want me to carry them by myself.  Jesus, thank You for being my REFUGE!  I worship You today for being my very present help!!!
