#14 ROCK

"My soul, wait in silence for God only, for my hope is from Him.  He only is my ROCK and my salvation, my stronghold, I shall not be shaken."  Psalm 62:5-6

"for He Himself has said, "I will never desert you, nor will I ever forsake you", so that we confidently say "The Lord is my helper, I will not be afraid.  What shall man do to me?"  "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today, yes and forever."  Hebrews 13:5-6, 8

Definition of Rock

:  a large mass of stone forming a cliff, promontory, or peak:   a concreted mass of stony material;   :  something like a rock in firmness  :  foundation, support  :  refuge  

Jesus, You are my ROCK.  You are my foundation, my support, my refuge.  A rock is firm and unmoving, steady and unchanging.  Jesus, in this troubled and changing world, You are my ROCK - my Hope, my Salvation, my Stronghold, my Helper!  I shall not be shaken!!  You NEVER CHANGE!!  Oh Jesus, You came to earth to prove Your love for me - and I can stand on You - my ROCK!!  I worship You Jesus!!!
